Success

"To laugh often and love much; to win the respect of intelligent persons and the affection of children; to earn the approbation of honest citizens and endure the betrayal of false friends; to appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to give of one's self; to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch or a redeemed social condition; to have played and laughed with enthusiasm and sung with exltation; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived...this is to have succeeded." _Ralph Waldo Emerson_

Monday's Nugget...or Eggs

Isaiah loves the chickens, and helping mommy collect the eggs. Here you can see Teresa, and Mildred is behind her. He has been trying to say chicken...but it comes out more like 'ch....then a little later....ck.'

Isaiah got to spend an awesome afternoon, at the park, with his aunt Jeanette, who is visiting from Hawaii! He had a blast...although it was hard to tell who had more fun, him or my sister.

An finally...my daily nugget of conviction. And i preface this with a quote from our paster, Pastor Ron, from this weekend, 'Your faith is profoundly personal, but never meant to be private.' I loved that. This verse from our Hebrews study has got me to thinking, 11: 16, 'therefor God is not ashamed to be called their God.' (in reference to the hall of famers of faith)__ I'll leave it at that, maybe it will get you to thinking too! :)
